This stone-paved trail winds its way from Case Lelli, nearby the hamlet of Teverina Bassa, in two different directions. One branch runs through the namesake hamlet amongst tiny medieval houses and religious shrines and descends steeply through the woods to Falzano after crossing the river Minimella running past bridge pillar remains that may date back to ancient times.
The other branch weaves its way steeply through the mountains all the way to the peak known as monte Castellare.
The trail is equipped with basic road signs.
